Ms. Aye Aye Thinn is a Root CA Manager at the National Root CA, Myanmar. She is responsible for the policy management and preparation of Certificate Policy and Certificate Practice Statement. Her work is focused by a goal to improve the use of Digital Certificates and Public Key Infrastructure applications by e-Government and e-applications. She is working as a consultant at the Myanmar ICT Development Corp. Ltd. (MICTDC) where she heads Project Department of MICTDC. From 1997 to 2007, she was a lecturer at the University of Computer Studies (Yangon) where she was specialized in the Software Engineering, Project Management and Database Management Systems. She got Master degree in Computer Science from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon.
